I don't think she is in LU yet, or any of the faction leaders for that matter.

I suspect they won't be adding any of the leaders until after release. Probably as new content add-ons with new areas. There is so much that can be added to the game... it boggles the imagination!

Vanda is a she. There are also other female ninja NPCs in the game if you look for them. One appears in your mission window after you complete an achievement in FV.

Actually, it depends on what gender you are. Femaales usually say she, and males usually say he.

True they do, but proper English would be "he/his/him" when talking about a person with the gender unknown.
